Paul brings vast experience in preclinical and clinical drug development, having provided both strategic consulting and developmental services since 1998, serving as Chief Medical Officer, VP Medical Research & Product Development/Executive VP Research for a variety of early-stage biotechnology companies (such as OSI Pharmaceuticals, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, CGI Pharma, Aveo, Dicerna, Immune Pharma).

Paul serves on numerous Medical, Oncology and Scientific Advisory Boards and has also provided strategic advice in biological drug development to government agencies, academic centers, and research institutes including NCI, NIAID, UCSF, MSKCC, and the Ludwig Institute.
